JG Switzer products are available Direct-to-Consumer via our online store at www.jgswitzer.com.   Select products are available to a premier group of stores we feel are aligned with our aesthetic and commitment to heirloom quality.

If you change your order, please let us know as quickly as possible 707-244-3330 or Email: service@jgswitzer.com.  Include your name and order number. If we can’t change your order, we will honor our 30-day return policy. 

Exchanges & Returns

We will certainly honor a 30-day return policy from date of purchase for full refund or store credit as long as the product has not been used and no tags have been removed. 

Due to the nature of fine bedding products, we regret we are not allowed to offer a refund if the product has been used. We charge a restocking fee of $25 if the product qualifies and is returned for refund within 30 days. If this is a rush order, let us know and we will do everything in our power to push your order out the door. Please call or email for more information on bespoke or custom orders. We are sorry but we do not refund gift certificates.

Time of Delivery

We produce less than 1,000 pieces a year, so you may have to wait for a product to be sewn or re-ordered.  Unless indicated during ordering from your Shopping Cart, please be aware that many products are sewn to order, and scheduled to ship 3-6 weeks after your order is placed. We hope you agree, your pieces are worth the wait.
