Return Policy

 

We honor a 14-day return policy from date of ship for store credit only, no refunds.

Items qualify for store credit if item has not been used, no tags have been removed, and item is in original packaging with proof of purchase. 

We do this to honor customers who purchase with the intention of gifting.

Due to the nature of all natural and fine bedding products, and the expense of cleaning and processing refunds, we regret we are not allowed to offer a refund on bedding. This includes blankets, sheets, pillowcases and throws.

SALES + DISCOUNTED ITEMS - All Sales final on sales and discounted items.

We are sorry but we do NOT refund custom orders, gift certificates or orders outside the USA.  On returns that are shipped, while we are pleased to send a USPS return label, we do not pay for outbound or return postage on any return.

For Online orders: We charge a fee of $25 cleaning/re-stocking fee if the product qualifies and is returned for refund within 14 days.

Time of Delivery

We know everyone wants things fast, it's just that we are "slow sewn" and produce less than 1,000 pieces a year, so you may have to wait for a product to be sewn or for the fabric to be made. Unless indicated during ordering from your Shopping Cart, please be aware that many products are sewn to order, and depending on your order, may ship 2 weeks after your order is placed. We hope you agree, your pieces are worth the wait. 

International Shipments 

 All international shipments (with destinations outside of the United States) may be subject to duty/import fees charged by the customs in the receiving country. Since fees vary by country it is possible that our customers outside of the US may be charged additional fees to clear customs. If you prefer an estimate of these fees PRIOR to shipping, please email us separately at service@jgswitzer.com with the subject "SEND DUTY IMPORT FEE ESTIMATE" to request a customs fee estimate and we will do our best to provide this. You may also request an estimate in the comments section when you place your order. Failure to do so may result in unexpected clearance or duties fees that JG Switzer has can not control.
